Refund Policy

Refunds are considered for defective units reported within the applicable warranty period. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Eligibility
- Product received damaged or defective on arrival.
- Wrong item shipped by us.
- Manufacturing defect confirmed by inspection.
Not eligible
- Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or accidents.
- Items returned outside the allowed window.
